For more resources supporting the starter kit, including screencasts, hands-on labs, and blog content, please go to http://msdn.microsoft.com/wcf/rest. The release notes are available here. We highly value your input on this pre-release version, so please do submit feedback. There are two primary means for providing feedback:
- The WCF REST Forum allows you to engage in discussions with other customers and with the WCF REST product team. This is a great place to ask questions, post comments, and learn more about using the WCF REST Starter Kit.
- The Issue Tracker tab on this site allows you to file bugs to the product team for consideration. Please prefix any issues with "WCF REST" and specify “WCF REST Starter Kit Preview 2” as the release when logging issues.

All in all this is a nice addition to WCF. From now on I’ll select REST bindings whenever possible and relegate the use of WCF SOAP to special cases such as when I need MSMQ bindings or message security.
I’m really looking forward for MS to include the released HTTPCLIENT in the <hint> next .NET SP </hint>
Yes, the HeaderFormatter is not thread safe (an easy fix). The released version should be.

This code is not thread safe and it should not be used anywhere.
The whole library is not thread safe. Please have a look to HeaderFormatter and the Format<T> class.
Poor-quality-code lot of threading issues.

The WCF REST Starter Kit changed my life!!! I now see colors in a way that I never could before. The air smells cleaner. Everything is different!
Seriously though. The starter kit changed my life. I like RESTful WCF much more than I did before.
Keep up the good work!
